ORAL presentations

Presentation should not exceed 20 minutes and will be followed by a five minutes slot for questions.
Please, refer to the final program on the website for the day and the time of your presentation.

 Prepare your presentation with PowerPoint. The confence room is equipped with a PC computer running Windows and Microsoft Office 2016.

POSTER presentations 

Posters should be printed in A0 format, portrait orientation (84.1 x 118.9 cm / 33.1 x 46.8 in)

Authors are invited to install their posters on Sunday, June 11th and be present at their posters for presentation/discussion according to the schedule provided. Posters will be displayed until Thursday, June 15th morning.

Supplies to mount your poster, including pushpins or velcro will be provided at the conference.
